Current Programs
New Year, New Habits | January 4-29

New Year, New Habits is a 4-week program to incorporate better habits into your everyday life. You can choose from four different tracks to focus on during the program- Stress Reduction, Nutrition, Exercise or Daily Wellness. Each week there will select foundational habits to complete and build on each week of the program. By the end of the 4-weeks, you will have started to build a better habit to start 2021 off on the right foot!

2021 Wellness Committee

We are currently in search of members to join our 2021 Wellness Committee! Members of this committee will help us engage employees and tenants of SPS Tower in health and wellness programs, deliver targeted screening and education programs directly to your workplace and expand the Fitness Center programming. 
Stretch Breaks

Stuck in a workday slump? Join us on Zoom for 10 minute stretch break Monday and Wednesday! No need to change, so stay as you are!

AdvantageStart is an ongoing 12 week workout program designed by your fitness center staff! Over 12 weeks we will provide you with workout videos every four weeks. We will set you up with a monthly schedule outlining what days to complete the workouts and suggested progressions for each workout. Along with the workouts, we will support you along the way with group chats with all AdvantageStart participants, guidance from the fitness center staff, and healthy tips!
