Tour de Minneapolis | June 8 - 19

Take a 2 week lakeside bike tour around Minneapolis! Each day you will be challenged to complete a bike ride around one lake. You may choose to ride around each lake, or go for a bike ride in your neighborhood or on a stationary bike equaling the distance around the lake.
Stretch Breaks | VIRTUAL

Let's stretch together! Beat the work at home slump with a LIVE virtual stretch break lead by the Fitness Center staff. Email Sara to set up a video conference call stretch break.

Want to join stretch breaks with fellow SPS Tower tenants? We have an open Stretch Break from 10:00-10:10am EVERY Tuesday and Thursday & 12:45-1:00pm EVERY Friday. Email Sara for the Zoom invite(s).

Summer Slim Down | July 6 - August 28

 This 8-week weight-loss challenge will keep you on track to lose weight throughout. During the 8 weeks, you will be encouraged to focus on healthy portion sizes and physical activity to help you lose 1-2 pounds per week. This program will include an initial and final weigh-in done in home, 8 new recipes, 8 workouts, daily food journals, weekly inspiration, tons of information and optional weekly weigh-ins.
