Beginning June 1, 2021-
  • All cardio equipment will be open to use.
  • No social distancing requirements will be enforced.
  • Previously removed gym equipment will be returned to the gym floor.
  • The drinking fountain will be turned on.
  • Towel service will return. This includes sweat towels at the front desk and bath towels in the locker rooms.
  • Locker room amenities will return, with the exception of hair dryers.
COVID Operations still in place-
  • Masks/face coverings are required per the city of Minneapolis mask mandate.
  • Reservations will still be required to visit the fitness center.
  • Fans in the studio will still be unavailable for use.
Please reserve a time if you plan to workout OR use the locker room. You may use the link below or scan the QR code to reserve your time.

Current Programs
AdvantageStrong| June 21- July 31

AdvantageStrong is an ongoing 6 week workout program designed by AdvantageHealth certified personal trainers and health coaches! Over the course of 6 weeks, we will provide you with a variety of workout videos to follow along with. We will also set you up with a calendar outlining what days to complete the workouts and when to take rest days.
This program was designed for those with intermediate fitness level experience. You will need access to weights, or items that you can use as weights, to complete this program. AdvantageStrong can be completed from the comfort of your own home, or in a gym.
Stretch & Sip |June 9, 16, 23, & 30 @ 12:15pm

Join us on the Turf Club Wednesdays in June for a 10 minute energizing stretch break. Before you leave the stretch break, we will give you a refreshing juice sample to sip on as you head back to work or enjoy the weather outside.

Summer Vacation: Travel the World

Do you have a desire to travel the world? Join us this summer for the ULTIMATE summer vacation as we "travel the world" without leaving our kitchens! This summer we will take you on a world tour of recipes by highlighting a country and a recipe every Friday June - August.
