12K for 12 Days| May 12-23

Track your steps for 12 days. YOUR GOAL: get 12,000 steps or more for 12 days in a row! Be creative with how you get your steps - go for a walk, run, hike, play with your kids, play a sport, etc. Let’s get to steppin’!

PRIZES: win 1 of 4 $25 Run N Fun gift cards
HOW TO WIN: You can win a gift card by completing the following-
  1. Complete as many days of 12,000+ steps as possible (you will get 1 entry per day of 12,000+ steps)
  2. Record the highest number of single day steps throughout the challenge
  3. Record the highest number of overall steps throughout the challenge

Monday Meditation | May 3, 10, 17, & 24

Join us on Zoom every Monday in May at 1:30pm for a 10-15 minute guided meditation. Each week you will be guided through a new meditation for a short mental health boost in the middle of your day.

VIRTUAL Downtown Dash 5k| May 17-31

COST: Virtual race + 5-week training program: $35 OR Virtual race + 5-week training program + shirt: $40

WHAT YOU GET: Training program starts April 19 and includes a running plan, weekly virtual strength class, & a weekly virtual stretching/recovery class. The live classes will be held on Zoom and recorded for participant access.
