Eagles are one of the many species that call our protected lands home
|
April brings more than just warmer days. In the Eagle Valley, we get to witness a complete transformation of our landscape. As I walked along the
Eagle River Preserve the other day to enjoy the afternoon sun, I saw small shoots of spring flowers and the bright green grass emerging out of last year's growth. Chickadees were chirping, a welcome symbol of spring.
Conserving our land, wildlife, and heritage takes more than just a determined organization. It takes an entire community. Thank you for being on our team. You, an advocate, a partner, a supporter, are what drives the Eagle Valley Land Trust. Together, we are protecting the lands we love and preserving our heritage, scenic beauty, recreational opportunities, wildlife habitats, and building a legacy for future generations.
Sincerely,
Jim Daus
