I do not come from a military family, nor have I had a loved one in the military, so I cannot imagine how difficult daily life must be for the active and retired military persons and their families. Being part, past or present, of the United States Armed Forces is a honor of courageous proportions.
I believe we take our freedom of life, liberty, and happiness for granted. This country complains too much about the tiniest of things. Without the Veterans to protect our way of life, this country would be vastly different (and not in a good way).
Veterans Day is Tuesday November 11, and much of the Florida car community is honoring Veterans throughout the month. Please look for the shows that are having special recognition and/or fundraisers for those that serve. I have no doubt that your attendance will be greatly appreciated.
