If you are still filing in paper and not set up in APPS your company is at a disadvantage. Filing online means you have access and can run your flag report in APPS. HUD is required to alert owners and agents to placement of flags however there is still a chance you may not have been notified. Take precautionary measures to ensure you know what is on your record.
