IntheNews  Hello from Principal Lowe

Dear Parents,

This week is "Unframed," the St. Vrain District Art Show at the Boulder County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall. The show is open this evening, Friday, April 14th until  8:00 p.m. through Sunday, April 16th, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

I highly encourage you to attend this show. It's a wonderful opportunity to see what students all around St. Vrain are doing, but also to see the different art programs we have at different grade levels here at Flagstaff Academy. I can't tell you enough how impressed I am with our artists and their amazing teachers, Kendra Dermer and Natalie Reed. The patience they have with their students and the rich variety of mediums they use, give our students a definite advantage when it comes to art!

Listed below are the winners from our campus and they will be in competition for grade level winners from around the district. Please help me in congratulating these students and their teachers! Learn more about the show here
    • Kindergarten: Lara Howard and Sage Robins
    • First: Bryce Barber and Aiden Beaumont
    • Second: Orijah Hottinger
    • Fifth: Veena Otto
    • Seventh: Madelyn Mieras, Matea Mayer, and Emma Helms
    • Eighth: Claire Watson
Have a wonderful weekend and I hope you get a chance to drop by the art show!

Robin Lowe
Executive Principal
Flagstaff Academy

Join us in the Commons from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and be our guest! We'll be treated to entertainment by our wonderful Middle School Jazz Band, led by Mr. Sean Kemp. We'll also be giving away special awards and honoring our amazing volunteers to thank you for all you do!

We look forward to seeing you there!
