IntheNews  Hello from Principal Lowe

Dear Parents,

I can't believe we've come to the end of our school year, and the end of my time here at Flagstaff Academy. I can't tell you how much I am going to miss this amazing educational community. A few of things I'll miss most...
       ...greeting our students at the front doors each morning - it has been such a joy to see them come in every day so eager, and so happy;
      ...collaborating with our incredible staff members - they are truly the most dedicated group of people I have worked with;
                                         ...working with you, our wonderful parents - you have been so supportive and for that, I am forever grateful.

Please know that now, as a member of the Dragon family, your children and our staff will forever live in my heart. Once a Dragon, always a Dragon!!

Have a wonderful summer!

Robin Lowe
Executive Principal
Flagstaff Academy

From the Health Clerk Office

Immunization Information

Please review the immunization information on the health clerk page at the Flagstaff Academy website to ensure your student is current on all vaccinations.

If you're filing a religious or personal exemption, a new form must be signed every year for a student to remain compliant. We cannot accept a personal letter of belief; we must have a form from the State of Colorado on file. State exemption forms can be found HERE.

Medications Pick Up and Drop Off
  We're setting up times/dates for medication pick up for the end of this school year and drop off for the beginning of next. Please mark these dates in your calendar:
PICK UP
Due to the front office construction taking place over the summer,  all medication in the health office must be picked up by Tuesday, May 23rd, the last full day of school. All medication not picked up by May 23rd will be disposed of on May 24th.

DROP OFF
Appointments for medication drop off will begin the week of August 7th-August 11th. Appointments are REQUIRED to ensure each family can have the health clerk's undivided attention to go over all forms and answer any questions you may have. Please note the following important information:
  • You will be able to begin booking appointments on August 1st. Look for an email later in the summer to sign up.
  • Due to heavy foot traffic in the front office on the first day of school, no medications will be accepted on Tuesday, August 15th.
  • All medical forms can be found on the health clerk page at the Flagstaff Academy site by clicking HERE.
  If you have any questions,  please call  (303) 651-7900, ext. 211  or email Renee Moen, Health Clerk, at  rmoen@flagstaffacademy.org.
