LeadershipLetter
LEADERSHIP LETTER: Abby Bok, Elementary Principal, 3-5

Hello Dragon Families!

Thank you to all the parents (and grandparents) who came out for our parent coffee this month. It was a great time to have questions answered, hear the concerns and the celebrations so far for the school year, specifically in the area of math. Our next coffee will be held on Thursday, November 29th.

Can you believe we are beginning to gear up for the 2019-2020 Enrollment season? Mrs. Gustafson, Mrs. Lester and I will be rotating to lead the bi-weekly Monday tours and we could not be more excited. These tours will occur during the school day, begin on Monday, November 5th, and will run twice a month on Mondays through March 2019.

Our Enrollment Information Open Houses are also set for Tuesday, November 13th, and Tuesday, January 23rd, both taking place from 6:00-7:30 p.m. We would love to have you join us if you're available. It's so valuable for prospective parents to hear from you and why you've chosen Flagstaff Academy for your children. Hearing firsthand why you travel the miles, volunteer countless hours, and entrust the education of your children to our care means so much more than we can ever convey to parents.

If you know of a family who would benefit from our amazing educational environment, please share this information and the link to RSVP with them! The best word of mouth comes from families that have experienced all that we have to offer.

Enjoy the weekend,

Abby Bok
Acting Principal, 3-5

Attention! Activity Fee Payments for the 2018-2019 School Year were Due as of October 1, 2018.

Elementary School Activity Fees - $240
Middle School Activity Fees - $285

Our activity fees pay for student workbooks, software licensing for technology programs, buses and tickets for field trips, elementary specials program materials, middle school electives/ essentials, and  educational guests. The fees are also used to purchase community supplies (copy paper, sanitizing wipes, Kleenex, etc.), so families don't have to!  If you've already paid your child's activity fees, thank you!

If you have yet to pay, please do so now.  Payments are accepted online at RevTrak  via credit card or echeck, by cash or check payable to "Flagstaff Academy." Check payments are accepted at the school or can be mailed to: Flagstaff Academy, 2040 Miller Drive, Longmont, CO 80501, Attention: Business Office. Activity fees payments are non-refundable.

If making the full payment represents a hardship, partial payments can be made as well. Families eligible for Reduced/Free Lunch are eligible for reduced or free activity fees.  Thank you!
