Thanks for a GREAT first week back to school! Our amazing staff welcomed our Dragons back with fun and purpose for a great year. I'd like to personally express my gratitude for all the cooperation and patience with Driveline - it really does take a village!

Immunization Information

Please review the immunization information in Infinite Campus to ensure your student is current on all vaccinations.

If you're filing a religious or personal exemption, a new form must be signed every year for a student to remain compliant. State exemption forms can be found HERE.

Medications Drop Off
If you have medication to keep in the health office for the school year, please email the health clerk, Renee Moen, to schedule a time to drop it off at  rmoen@flagstaffacademy.org . If you have any other questions regarding medicine or immunizations, please email or call (303) 651-7900 ext. 211.

2018-2019 Activity Fees are Now Available to Pay!

Annual Activity Fees go toward purchasing essential items such as:
        • Student workbooks
        • Consumable classroom supplies
        • Software licensing for technology programs
        • Buses and tickets for field trips
        • Elementary specials program materials
        • Middle School electives
        • Special educational guests
        • Community school supplies
        • (paper, tissues, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, etc.)
Pay Fees Online through
You may also pay with cash or check, payable to "Flagstaff Academy."
Partial Payments also accepted. 
Families eligible for Reduced/Free Lunch are eligible for reduced or free student activity fees.

2018-2019 Preschool Openings

We have a few openings in our Flagstaff Academy Preschool for PK2 and PK4. Students must be 3 years old by October 1, 2018 for PK2 and 4 years old by October 1, 2018 for PK4. For more information, please contact Patty Quinn, Preschool Director, at pquinn@flagstaffacademy.org

Pingree Park Payments are now being accepted  by RevTrak, cash, or check (made out to Flagstaff Academy).

Pingree  Park Parent and Chaperone Volunteer Information Meeting
Time:  6:00-7:30 p.m.
Place:  The Commons
Friday, September 7:
Deadline for Permission Slips, Signed Medical Forms and Payment - Turn 
in to homeroom teachers.
Friday, September 7:
Deadline for signing up with Dragon Volunteer portal to be a chaperone.

Financial Assistance: We want as many of our middle school students to benefit from this experience; therefore, if the cost of the trip is a concern, we have financial assistance available. Please contact Kim Hagen Rapp, Business Office Assistant, at  khagenrapp@flagstaffacademy.org  for more information by  Friday, September 7th Help make Pingree Park a reality for all our students! Donations now being accepted. 

Want to be a chaperone for the  Pingree  Park trip? This year, you will need to  apply through our Dragon Volunteer site. Once you have done this, Katie Gustafson will notify you about next steps.
