CoreVirtues  Letter from Sharon Aguina, Executive Principal

Dear Dragon Families,

What a year! To better state that - what a fabulous year! Each of your children has brought such joy and happiness to our school. As I have walked around school this past week and visited each classroom, I'm so proud of our teachers and students. It is incredible to see how much effort they are all putting forward. All of our end-of year events are a testimony to our vibrant culture and learning community!

For next school year, we have several important focus areas to look forward to:
  1. The new EnVision 2.0 K-5 curriculum with all its resources for students and parents!
  2. An emphasis on deepening Science curriculum!
  3. Our new K-5 SMART Lab with state-of-the-art, balanced STEM curriculum and resources!
  4. Dynamic literacy delivery through Daily 5 and CAFÉ models K-6!
  5. Our website page dedicated to the area of Math and other curricular areas. This website will begin with Math, and then add parent resources and other curricular areas throughout next year.
Here are some links to sample just some of the information for the Math website, which will be constructed during the month of June:

Please know that iReady instructional programs in Math and Reading will be open ALL SUMMER!

I wish you all an adventurous and fun summer filled with lasting memories with your children!

Sincerely,

Sharon Aguina
