LAS VEGAS (July 5, 2023) – Carver Road Hospitality’s Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino has been designated as the Official Sports Bar of UFC for remaining pay-per-view events taking place in Las Vegas through the end of this year, commencing with UFC 290: VOLKANOVSKI vs. RODRIGUEZ on Saturday, July 8.

The Strip’s new premier destination for sports fans and foodies, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is the third Flanker concept, joining Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club in downtown Salt Lake City and Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium. A key component of the UFC-Flanker partnership will feature Flanker Kitchen + Sports Club in Salt Lake City hosting the Official After-Party for UFC® 291: POIRIER vs. GAETHJE, which takes place in Utah’s capital on Saturday, July 29 at Delta Center. In addition, Carver Road Hospitality’s Starchild Rooftop at CIVILIAN Hotel in New York will host the Official After Party for UFC’s anticipated return to the Empire State later this year.
In addition, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar in Las Vegas hosts former UFC lightweight champion Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone’s UFC Hall of Fame induction ceremony After Party on Thursday, July 6 during its Late-Night Pizza Party.
Situated in The Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar debuted with fanfare on June 9, 2023, with a grand opening party hosted by UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and two-time Pro Bowler Maxx Crosby of the Las Vegas Raiders. The menu of American favorites features knockout steaks, mouthwatering scratch burgers, seafood, salads, and over-the-top sweet treats. A full beverage program includes boozy milkshakes, signature craft cocktails and one of the most enviable selections of draft and bottled beers on The Strip.
The 8,445-square-foot premier dining and drinking destination presents Carver Road Hospitality’s signature elevated hospitality set in a highly curated environment. Immediately helping to establish the vibe, a ceiling lighting design inspired by the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix track at night guides guests through the main dining room and towards its massive 30-foot long by nine-foot-tall LED viewing screen. Flanker's highly customizable environments include a main dining room, bar and lounge, three private dining suites accommodating 20, 40, or 60 guests, a private 20-seat karaoke room and a 24-seat dining patio. A full takeout window offers grab-and-go food and drinks.
