The Heel and Crank Duathlon
(3-mile run / 13.5-mile bike / 3-mile. run) and the *NEW* Bridge Street Half Marathon (13.1 miles) will be taking place on the same weekend April12-13! See if you can you take on the 32.6 Mile Challenge by competing in both events! All finishers  who complete both races will receive a complimentary 17.5 oz. beer mug with both race logos to show off your accomplishment! In order to receive your mug.

Cotton Row No Boundaries 5K Training Program

The Tri 101 training program is an introductory course to the world of triathlons by helping beginning participants complete a sprint triathlon in 16 weeks. It will be a complete cross-training program developed to help you finish a 400 meter swim, 7 mile bike ride and a 5K (3.1 miles) run.
You must be at least 16 years of age to register. 
  • Program Kickoff: April 22 at 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports.
  • Training runs: Tuesdays at 6 p.m. starting April 29 at locations around Madison County. Alternate training on select Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Price: $150
  • Prerequisite: Must be able to walk a mile, swim 25 yards across a pool and access to a bike.

 The TRI 201 training program is geared toward athletes who are trying to complete their first Olympic distance triathlon or are looking to improve their current Olympic distance training.  The distances are 1500-meter swim, 40K bike and a 10K run.
  • Goal Race: Renaissance Man in Florence July 13. Registration to TRI 201 does not include the race entry. You must register yourself for the race.  Information & registration for the race can be found here.
  • Program Kickoff: March 18 at 7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports.
  • Training runs: Mondays at 6 p.m. starting March 24 at locations around Madison County. Alternate training on select Saturdays or Sundays. There will be 1-2 trainings in Florence on the race course.
  • Class Fee: $175
  • Prerequisite:  Tri 101 or completed a sprint triathlon
