FSC 35th Annual Educational Conference Agenda


The 35th Annual Fleet Safety Council Educational Conference is scheduled for October 22–23. This annual event brings together fleet safety professionals for education, insights, and networking focused on advancing safety excellence across the industry.

NATMI Training with the Fleet Safety Council


The Fleet Safety Council will be hosting NATMI Certification Programs in 2026, with all courses offered in a hybrid format to support participation from professionals across Canada.

The Fleet Safety Council is currently seeking a volunteer Corporate Treasurer to join the Executive Team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute leadership, financial oversight, and support to the organization’s mission and ongoing initiatives.

Chapter Elections


Many Fleet Safety Council Chapters currently have open elections for their Chapter Executive positions. Serving on a Chapter Executive is a great way to get involved, contribute your skills, and support the work of the Fleet Safety Council at the local level.


If there is a role on your Chapter Executive that interests you, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

Feedback Request: Provincial Membership


Over the years, the Fleet Safety Council has received requests to introduce a Provincial Membership option. We are now seeking feedback from our members to better understand what this membership should look like.


We encourage you to review the options outlined below and share your thoughts. Please send your feedback to Danielle Levitt at daniellel@fleetsafetycouncil.com by April 30.


Option 1: Provincial Membership Model

Provincial Corporate Membership

  • Provides the organization three (3) members at each of the nine (9) Chapters
  • Cost: $800
  • Maximum of two (2) votes per Chapter


Provincial Individual Membership

  • Provides the organization one (1) member at each of the nine (9) Chapters
  • Member may be the same individual across all Chapters or different individuals
  • Cost: $400


Note: Both the Provincial Corporate and Provincial Individual memberships are included under Option 1.


Option 2: Bulk Membership Model

Provides organizations with the flexibility to distribute memberships as they choose. Bulk membership options may include:

  • 27 memberships – $800
  • 18 memberships – $600
  • 9 memberships – $400


Notes for all options:

  • Maximum of two (2) votes per Chapter
  • Voting members must be identified at the time of registration
