Adjunct mail boxes in Fletcher Center
As mentioned in a previous email, the adjunct mailboxes are ready for use. See below to review the process. - If you use the Fletcher Center often, and Sally makes copies for you, you will have your name on a mailbox located in the Fletcher Center. Mailboxes are located across the window wall facing you as you enter the Fletcher Center.
- When you come to pick up your copies, you will need to find your mailbox.
- If you have only a few copies, they will be in your mailbox
- If you have several copies, Sally will place them in one of the bins located under the mailboxes.
- There will be a laminated bin locator tag in your mailbox to tell you which bin to look in to find your copies.
- There might be other adjunct's copies in that same bin, so please be careful to only take yours.
- Once you have your copies, please return the laminated bin locator tag to its storage place.
If you have any questions, please contact Sally Matthis at 240-500-2494.

How the LSC can help faculty
The Learning Support Center (LSC) has many ways to support the students; however they also have many ways to support faculty. Marti Grahl, Dawn Schoenenberger, and Jennifer Adams from the LSC did a great job explaining the many features the LSC have to offer to support faculty through an eight-minute video, which can be viewed here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5EHTgcmioY&list=PLRok329-FMRBF9t-TmUNPX3sL-zLwXgsQ&index=5.

"Shots Fired On Campus" DVD available for viewing
The Fletcher Center has access to a 20-minute instructional DVD designed to empower faculty, staff, and students with the knowledge and strategies needed to prevent and survive an active shooter situation. The video is copyrighted, so it cannot be posted online, and the DVD cannot be taken home. If you are interested in watching the video in the Fletcher Center, contact Teresita Fawcett at tmfawcett@hagerstowncc.edu. To view the trailer, visit http://shotsfireddvdoncampus.cppssite.com.
