Quickbooks Integration!
We have been working hard to create an intuitive, flexible and useful integration with Quickbooks. We have again started off with the assumption that no two companies are alike. So our customizable workflow allows each customer to setup their integration workflow different than another. Some customers might choose to push a Quote from Flex directly into Quickbooks as an Invoice. Others might like to create the Quote and Invoice in Flex, and then duplicate the Invoice form Flex into Quickbooks. We leave this decision up to you, and allow you as much flexibility as possible. The output in Quickbooks is a line item copy with accounts per line item. We can't wait to demonstrate this great new add on to you. Quickbooks integration is an additional $12.50 per month.

We prefer that our customers have the best training possible and have the knowledge to make their daily lives more productive than just spend a day on the golf course wishing your inventory rental software problems would just go away with 18 holes. Organization of Manifests
When scanning out item on a Pull Sheet to a manifest, we log the items scanned by date and time. Unfortunately this is not always the ideal way to view the manifest contents. We now allow you to resort the manifest alphabetically or by their order in the inventory browser bar.

Organization of Suggestions
Some customers have gone overboard with suggested items, To help them better organize these lists, we now allow you to organize the order in which the suggested items are displayed and added to the quote. Simply drag and drop the suggested items in the order you want them to appear in the suggestion panel and on the quote.
