I know many of you have pets with health issues that very much rely on our products to keep them healthy and active. My own dogs have problems where they have only been able to eat Flint River Ranch Recipes - and they will eat nothing else.

As a long-time distributor of over 20 years, as well as a devoted dog owner, I fully empathize and understand the concerns and frustrations you have been experiencing.

I have been told directly from Flint River Ranch management that in December they experienced unexpected production shortages that have now resulted in the current situation we are all suffering through. I was also assured that Flint River Ranch is very much still in business.

Compounding the problem is that they failed to keep distributors informed and never took back-ordered, out of stock products off of their corporate site. This kept distributors from being able to update our own sites to indicate out-of-stock products, and we were unaware to notify our customers of potential ordering issues and delivery delays.

I was contacted only last Thursday, January 14, that items were back-ordered and now no longer available for processing. I was also sent several emails from their corporate offices letting me know of orders, some placed seven to fourteen days previous, which had not yet shipped.

I have been in contact with Flint River Ranch every day in an effort to keep myself well-informed of that status of outstanding orders and product availability. I wanted to let you know that I will continued to do my best to keep you updated. My website Flint-River-Dog-Food.com will be updated daily with the latest information.

As a professional who has been in the business of dogs for 25 years, I do have suggestions, options and alternatives for you if your faith in Flint River Ranch, or frustration has compelled you to move on to another company.
