Are You Ready for Change?
As far back as I can remember, I never accepted the status quo. Change was something that I was comfortable with, I embraced it and I accepted as the norm. I remember, early in my career, reading the quote “never rest on your laurels” and using that as my theme... click HERE to read the rest of the story.

Flip the Pharmacy Coordinating Center Update
On behalf of the Flip the Pharmacy Coordinating Center at CPESN® USA, we hope that you and your family and friends had a very happy holiday season and that 2023 is off to a great start.
We would like to THANK YOU for all you have done for Flip the Pharmacy and Community Pharmacy practice in the past and we are excited about what 2023 will bring!
One exciting change you’ll notice in 2023 is that the Team USA – Flip the Pharmacy webinar has been moved to the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 pm – 1:30 pm ET to join the Workflow Wednesdays' lineup of webinars. These Workflow Webinars are an excellent resource for Support Staff and all sessions are open any staff member of a CPESN® Pharmacy.
As a reminder, Team USA is open to anyone who has completed the 2-year Flip the Pharmacy program and would like to continue to learn more about transforming their practice. Information will be forthcoming with registration details and if you are already registered for the previous TEAM USA series, you will be automatically re-registered for the updated series.
Another exciting change is the implementation of the Team Plan. The Team Plan is intended to be a tool to HELP you identify how to focus your FtP efforts. It will also help the coordinating center identify what type of tools and resources you need to be successful. If you have feedback on how we can make the TEAM Plan better for you and your Team, please feel free to share that with us!
Thank you and once again Happy New Year!
