Flip the Pharmacy Awards

We are excited to announce that we have opened nominations for 2023 Flip the Pharmacy Awards! These awards are intended to recognize exemplary performance from Cohort 3 and 4 participants across four key categories: Pharmacy of the Year is given to a participating pharmacy in Cohort 3 or 4 that is an all-star FtP participant and role model pharmacy practice, excelling in their transformation of all domains of the program.   Most Transformed Pharmacy of the Year is given to a participating pharmacy in Cohort 3 or 4 that exhibits exemplary transformation progress, overcoming challenges to make meaningful changes in the pharmacy practice during Flip the Pharmacy participation.   Pharmacy Team of the Year is given to a funded team in Cohort 3 or 4 that exhibits an exemplary commitment to supporting its participating pharmacies and to supporting the overall purpose of Flip the Pharmacy.   Practice Transformation Coach of the Year is given to a practice transformation coach for Cohort 3 or 4 who goes above and beyond to facilitate the success of the pharmacy(ies) they coach in Flip the Pharmacy. Individuals may nominate their pharmacies, their teams or others through this nomination form. Deadline is Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
