We are so excited to share the 2024 Show Map (also known as The Floorplan”) !

We’ll be updating it several times over the next 6 weeks, as we finalize location choices of the remaining exhibitor applications.


Our Interactive Floorplan is a week away from going live - where attendees will be able to search for products & services, boat brands & dealers within spaces.



Please note the Floorplan is subject to revision, as we continue to allocate exhibitor spaces. We'd like to thank everyone for their patience as we managed a high number of applications and requests for changes/increases from prior year exhibitors and an-above-average number of new exhibitors.


The 2024 show is looking fantastic and we look forward seeing you soon!

Strong Ticket Sales Start

The Marketing Plan for the 2024 show launched with a successful Black Friday to Cyber Monday Ticket Promotion - offering attendees 50% off admission if purchased during the week-long sale.


We are happy to report a 6% increase in tickets sold compared to last year's Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale. There were 8749 tickets purchased this year during the promotion compared to 8224 tickets for the 2023 show. For reference, for 2020 show it was 6114 tickets sold.

Print Show Guide Listing FINAL CALL

deadline was December 1, 2023!


The Print Show Guide has your company listed in alphabetical order & Booth #. 

 

All exhibitors who submitted revisions to a staff member during the 5 past months - these changes have been made! All exhibitors who went into their Unity Platform and made their own changes - these have been captured and will be reflected in the Print Show Guide!


We are now at FINAL CALL for any remaining changes for your print listing. If you wish to check what your print listing looks like, please sign in into your Unity account and review it.


The final cut-off to review your Print listing is this Friday, December 15th at 3pm (EST).

After this time, the print file will be locked and inaccessible for changes.


Your Digital Listing can continually be added to or revisited, including show days and after.


Note: If any exhibitors have not accessed their print listing file or digital file, then information on your contract is what will appear in print and digital.

Complimentary Tickets in the Mail this week!

All exhibiting companies and working dealers participating in the 2024 Show will receive 20 complimentary tickets to give out to your customers.


These complimentary tickets will be valid January 19-28, which includes First Look Friday.


There is no need to submit an order or a request, they will automatically arrive in your mailbox at your company's address!


Your tickets will arrive before the end of December.

Free WiFi at Enercare Centre

Reminder! WiFi Internet Access throughout the Enercare Centre is free of charge and does not require a separate order. 


If you have a business-critical function, hardline ethernet is recommended.

Exhibitor Pre-Show Staging

Access to the Advance Holding/Boat Staging Area (Lot 852/Lot 2) opens December 15.


  • Exhibitors may utilize the staging yard to pre-stage boats and freight trucks
  • Park in the extreme south areas towards Lakeshore Boulevard marked orange on the Move In site plan
  • Please ensure you don't block any other boats, as their move-in time may be earlier than yours. 
  • Avoid areas with barricades meant for mobile wash & staging trailer.


There is no round-the-clock security service, however, Exhibition Place security maintains an hourly patrol.

Exhibitor Parking

Parking Notice

Due to construction under the Gardiner Expressway, the parking lot north of the Enercare centre on Manitoba Drive will not be accessible for Exhibitor Parking. Historically some exhibitors in Mariner's Marketplace (Industry Building) and Cottage Country (East Annex) have selected this lot as their parking choice.


The move in doors and driving on Manitoba Drive are not affected.


Construction has begun under the Gardiner Expressway for the new Ontario Line Subway.

Exhibition Place has identified alternative surface lots on the venue's property, where Exhibitor Parking passes will be valid at those designated lots (see map).


If you already ordered a parking pass and would like to change to a different lot or upgrade your parking pass to underground, please reach out directly to Exhibitor Services at 416-263-3064.

Boat Handling & Crane Forms Past Due & Move-In

If you have already submitted your Boat Handling/ Crane Lifts form for the 2024 Boat Show to Shawn McConnell, thank you. You most likely already have heard from Shawn by phone or email to discuss your move-in requirements.


Confirmation of Boat/ Bulk exhibitors (spaces over 500 sq. ft.) move in times are currently being sent out to you.


Note: The email address that your schedule comes from is 'Best Secretarial' on behalf of Shawn McConnell.


Booth exhibitors (499 sq. ft. and less) - your Move in Date is Thursday, January 18th from 8 am - 6 pm.


If your booth location on the master floorplan has a symbol marked, you are designated as "last in, first out" due to being near a roll-up move in/ move out door.


All exhibitors should ensure they have reviewed the Exhibitor Kit to familiarize themselves with all the Show details to help you have a smooth move in/ move out.

Scam Alert

It is unfortunate but a reality that fraudulent emails get sent to exhibitors with misleading information. These annoying and frustrating emails happen to almost every major trade and consumer show in North America. Please ignore and delete them.


See below example of the most recent attempt soliciting TIBS exhibitors to purchase

attendee/ visitor lists.


Email scams to avoid from the following email addresses:

The TIBS does not sell or share any of our lists: these companies are fraudulent. We do not sell or share personnel information to anyone. This is illegal in Canada.


These parties claim to represent the Toronto Boat Show but have NO relationship with the Toronto Boat Show. We ask that you remain cautious and do not enter into agreements, contracts or release personal information - particularly credit card information - to any callers claiming to represent the Toronto Boat Show.


These fraudulent attempts extend to HOTEL, TRAVEL AGENTS, SHOW GUIDE LISTINGS, BUY & SELLING EXHIBITOR EMAILS & CONTACT DATABASE solicitations.
