FAA Unveils Florida Apartment Scarcity Dashboard
|

Recent research released by the Florida Apartment Association projects that our state will need to build more than 570,000 apartment homes by 2030 to meet demand and keep its communities competitive and welcoming. The Florida Apartment Scarcity Dashboard, FAA's 2022 research project, details the rapidly growing housing needs of Florida's 26 metropolitan areas and 67 counties. The unique, interactive website tracks key demographic indicatorsand gives users the ability to compare data across counties and metros throughout the state. The research was conducted by HR&A, an industry-leading real estate and economic development consulting firm. The Florida Apartment Scarcity Dashboard is now accessible to members, residents, and policymakers alike.
