This is a friendly reminder that any profit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership or limited liability limited partnership annual report filing will have until 11:59 PM EST on Friday, May 1, 2026. After the due date $400.00 late fees will be assessed.
Non-profit corporations are due on the same day but not subject to the late fees.
