CCIM Veteran Demonstrates Why Military Veterans Are
Key to a Community's Success

In Orlando, Veterans feel valued. Veterans are shown respect from elected leaders down to wait staff in restaurants and Central Florida's high value of veterans and overall respect for military service is a big part of what makes a community great and helps it attract great companies.

MIAMI's CCIM VOICE RECOGNIZED NATIONALLY AS WAY TO TELL DESIGNATION STORY

For more than a year now, Miami Dade CCIM District Members step up to a radio on first Thursday of each month where they are interviewed on "Fried On Business," a South Florida business radio show.

Representatives from CCIM Miami Dade District discuss what a CCIM is and promote the CCIM
designation and its designees. This initiative, featured one year ago in Florida Focus chapter newsletter,
will be shared nationally with other chapter leaders at the upcoming CCIM National Meetings in Austin,
Texas the end of October as an example of how members can share their passion for the designation,
reach a broader audience and tell their story, in their own words.

Biovation Increases Profits for CCIMs: Turning Environmental Liabilities into Assets

Biovation Environmental Services, LLC (Biovation) greatly increases real estate profitability, enable CCIM members to better assist clients buying or selling property burdened by environmental issues and ultimately make more money.

Biovation offers CCIM members fixed-price, pay-for-performance contracts and fast cleanup beneficial to both buyers and sellers of property with soil and groundwater contamination. Biovation informs sellers on the cost of remediation enabling them to price their property accordingly to make it more saleable. The inverse is true for buyers. Understanding the cost of remediation in writing allows buyers to make an offer that protects their investment.
