 Florida Has Gone Too Far

In 1961 I entered Trenton High School as a freshman. The school was huge and had 1000 Freshman alone.

Everyone, by NJ State law, had to pass a basic swimming test. We had an indoor pool at the school. We were required to swim 2x's a week.

The girls were required to let the school nurse know when we had our periods. Because there were no tampons at the time (only pads) it was deemed unsanitary for us to go into the pool with a sanitary napkin.

It was more than embarrassing especially for the girls who hadn't yet gotten their periods.

Now the Governor and Legislature of the State of Florida is proposing a school policy or law to have girls and women Statewide report when they are menstruating!!!

Really this has gone too far. The woke bill, banning talk about one's gender and banning books isn't enough. Now Girls and Women must report their most personal bodily function?????

You folks living in Florida need to do something about all of this. Your company needs to push back.

Lastly if you do not think this will end in more girls being sexually abused you are living in Wonderland. This will encourage more Larry Nasser like abuse I guarantee it!

Young College Women Have the Same Issues as You do

I had the pleasure of speaking with 20 young women who were members of the School of Management's Women In Business Club.

Guess what? They are still in college and already have the same issues you do;

Perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome and a Lack of Confidence.

Not surprising since women are still being trained in these syndromes even today.

So what this says to me is we need to bring our trainings to women in College and maybe High School.

I'd like to hear what you think. How early does the intervention need to be?
