The launch of the 2026 Hometown Heroes Program is just around the corner, and we invite you to join us for one of several upcoming Lunch & Learn webinars designed to help you prepare for a successful program rollout.

The 2026 Hometown Heroes Program will officially launch on July 13th with $50 million in new funding. This year's program will utilize the same employment eligibility requirements as the 2025 Hometown Heroes Program, allowing participating lenders to build on the knowledge and experience gained during last year's successful launch.

These interactive sessions will provide a comprehensive review of Hometown Heroes eligibility requirements, program highlights, and common lender questions. More importantly, they will give you an opportunity to ask your toughest eligibility questions and participate in a lively discussion with Florida Housing and eHousingPlus.

Come prepared to "Stump the Pros" with your most challenging borrower scenarios, and be ready to participate in our interactive "Is This Borrower Eligible?" discussion.

Whether you're new to the program or simply looking for a refresher, these sessions are designed to help your team feel confident and prepared before reservations open.
