As your Human Resources partner, we would like to bring to your attention, to the state of Florida, mandates minimum wage increases in 2024. Effective September 30, 2024 Florida will mandate minimum hourly pay to increase to $13.00 per hour and tipped employees will be $9.98 per hour. 

To ensure our payrolls remain compliant; payrolls submitted with pay rates that do not conform to the 2024 respective required minimum wage, will be corrected to the minimum wage standard prior to processing. 

As a friendly reminder, we ask that all wages are verified within the respective state/county or local minimum wage guidelines prior to your first September 30, 2024 payroll.
