I hope you all have had a great start for the new year 2016!

2015 was a good year to the State of Florida. Governor Rick Scott announced that the state created 238,900 new private sector jobs
over the year in December. The state's annual private-sector job growth rate is now 3.5%, which is exceeding the nations numbers.

Florida's population hit a milestone last year, and there are now 20 million living in the Sunshine State for the first time. Tourism has been topping records already for four years in a row - the visitor numbers increased from 81 million visitors in 2009-10, to 98.9 million in 2014-15.

At FACC, we have started the year by meeting with the board and planning our next events. Please join us for our first mingle event this year is on Thursday 11th of February in Wine Dive. It's a casual after work event, and a great opportunity to meet new people, so remember to bring a lot of business cards with you! You can order tickets by contacting us at Looking forward to seeing you all there!

We will keep you posted for more events - stay tuned!
