Recently our Flowtrend ProcessCare
TM
team took over the production floor of a large beverage facility for a 3-day, 12-hour per day scheduled maintenance interval to replace over 1300 gaskets on 200+ valves from five different manufacturers.
There were 70+ mixproofs, 40+ shutoffs, 90+ butterfly valves, and 20 actuators rebuilt. The rebuild was completed after the second day with testing on the third. “Before the rebuild started, there were multiple leaks, four valves not functioning, and 20+ valves we found with completely disintegrated seals! By the end, the facility management team reported no loss in product on the first run after rebuilding, “ said Mitch Jenneman, lead service technician at Flowtrend ProcessCare
