Fall Harvest Continues
Harvest is starting to speed up throughout Ohio! Based on my travels all year I-70 is the barrier between on time plantings (and harvests). In our area beans are starting to get cut but most of the corn is a ways off. The picture above is a customer shelling corn just south of our shop that was testing 25%.

Hard to believe it is almost mid October already! Harvest in most of Ohio is slowly starting, a lot of beans are off but this corn has some drying to do. Where would we be had we not had the extremes heat this summer! This week we did more Yetter Devastator installations. Our guys traveled to Markle, IN, DeGraff, Ohio, Pandora, Ohio, and Wilmington, Ohio to mount devastators. Next week we will be busy moving Salford Vertical tillage tools around for demos and rentals. If you need parts this weekend, call the 419-953-8500 number for weekend parts!

How the Yetter Devastators Replace the Chopping corn Head

Chopping corn heads are expensive! Additional HP, wear, upkeep, additional fuel just to let your stalks blow away! This week we installed a devastator on what used to be a Chopping Capello corn head. The customer decided to do away with the cost and maintenance and go with the Yetter Devastators to better and more efficiently manage his residue and do a much better job of saving tires.
