With this year’s flu season just around the corner, it is a good time to start thinking about hosting a flu vaccination clinic at your company! From September through February, we will be offering free vaccinations to HMAA members at participating pharmacy locations, and employers may begin scheduling worksite clinics.

  • Free worksite clinics require a minimum of 15 participants (Neighbor island and other restrictions may apply). Clinics below the minimum participation are subject to a staffing fee.
  • Participants must be at least 14 years of age.
  • Clinics are not limited to HMAA members; our pharmacy partners are able to bill other carriers except Kaiser.
  • Participants without health insurance coverage may still receive the vaccine for an out-of-pocket cost.
