Join us for clinics

Join us for clinics during the break between the winter season and the spring season. We'll have a particular focus each week:

Week of March 4 - freestyle/backstroke
Week of March 11 - breaststroke
Week of March 18 - turns for Green/Yellow/Bronze/White/Copper; butterfly for other groups.

Each week offers a two-day clinic (45 minutes each) as shown below, based on practice groups. You can pick and choose the weeks you want.

Monday/Wednesday: 5:15-6 pm

Copper/White

Monday/Wednesday: 6-6:45 pm

Red/Blue/Iron

Monday/Wednesday: 6:45-7:30 pm

Silver/Gold

Monday/Wednesday: 6:45-7:30 pm

Tuesday/Thursday sessions:

Copper/White/Yellow

Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45-6:30 pm

Iron/Blue

Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30-7:15 pm

Red/Silver

Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30-7:15 pm

Gold/Diamond

Tuesday/Thursday: 7:15-8 pm

Sign up on Community Pass based on your winter season practice group. You'll find clinics under "Swim Team" on Community Pass. Monday/Wednesday sessions are listed first; scroll down for Tuesday/Thursday sessions. The cost is $65 per session.

We also may add a clinic on diving/starts the week of April 1.

Spring season starts April 5

The spring season of swim team runs April 5 - June 9. Learn more about the spring season here.

2024 marathon wrap-up

Thank you swimmers, families and friends for your enthusiasm around this year's marathon.

Your grit (swimmers) and generosity (supporters) raised nearly $61,000 for the programs and services of YWCA Evanston/North Shore. Wow!

We'll distribute marathon prizes in a few weeks. Look for info with specific dates soon.
