Fall season starts September 19

The fall season starts Friday, September 19. See the fall practice schedule here and look for a group email from your swimmer's coach(es) in the next few days.

If you want to try on swimsuits and shop for swim equipment, come to the YWCA on Saturday, September 20 from 1-4 pm.

Our preferred vendor, All-American Aquatics, will be here with suits you can try on for size. And you can order other things like Flying Fish backpacks and parkas. These items are also available through our All-American Aquatics team store. (Some gear, like kickboards and goggles, is always available through Community Pass.)

Note: All Flying Fish swimmers, with the exception of Greenfish and Bronzefish, should have team suits.

Did you know the Flying Fish swim team is Safe Sport-certified? This is a designation from USA Swimming that reflects our commitment to a safe, positive environment for all.

It's time to renew our certification and parents (of swimmers of all ages) and youth ages 13-17 can help by participating in a brief online training.

Intra squads at YWCA Evanston/North Shore (for all swimmers except Green and Bronze.) More info to come.

Wednesday PM meet with Michigan Shores at YWCA Evanston/North Shore (for Yellow, White, Copper, Red and Silver.) More info to come.

This meet is open to pre-season swimmers in Blue, Iron, Gold, Diamond and high school. Red and Silver with away meet experience can check with coaches to determine appropriateness.
