Fall practice schedule update

You'll note some minor changes to the fall schedule on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The changes on Saturday affect Thunder/Lightning, Iron, Diamond and Platinum. And the change on Sunday affects Copper A.

Look for group emails

As we launch the fall season, look for an email specific to your practice group. See below for coaches who will email:

If you want to try on swimsuits and shop for swim equipment, come to the YWCA on Saturday, October 3 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Our preferred vendor, All-American Aquatics, will be here with suits you can try on for size.

And you can order other items like Flying Fish backpacks and parkas. These items are also available through our All-American Aquatics team store.

(Some gear, like kickboards and goggles, is always available through the front desk/Community Pass.)

Note: All Flying Fish swimmers, with the exception of Greenfish and Bronzefish, should have team suits.

This mini-meet is in memory of Coach Gale Vineyard. Eligible groups: Preseason swimmers from Blue (recently added), Iron, Silver, Gold, Diamond and high school groups.

• 9 am check in; 9:45 am meet start
• Pizza/pool party/plaque unveiling at noon. (You don't have to participate in the meet to be part of the festivities.)
