Healthy habits...pshaw. Who ever thought we would be duped by that phrase?We reserve the word habit for negative actions, not positive ones, but nice try whoever tried to flip the script on that one.
How about just trying to live better, a little bit, every day? It is certainly more attainable than trying to change everything about how you go through life overnight. Small changes over time to improve overall wellbeing are much more effective than 'quick fixes'. The benefits of improving our physical health does have an effect on our mental and emotional health. Just remember, it's not about looking better; it's about FEELING better.
