AWARENESS * ADVOCACY * ACTION
"From the climate crisis to the school to prison pipeline to housing affordability, the problems we face are great. These issues cannot be resolved by one person, one policy, or one movement. However, we can address them by working together, by holding onto hope, and by building the beloved community." article* by Sally Vonner, UWFaith CEO
Your Annual Reports give evidence of how we work together. Our collective impact is amazing. Finish and send in those Annual Reports. Then we'll celebrate this fall. Thanks for all you do!

Common Concerns for All of Us
This is an opportunity for individuals and groups to have important and respectful conversations about concerns and values we share. It's time for Texans to talk about reproductive health policy -- but how does one start? Texas Impact has developed the Common Concerns program in collaboration with policy experts, physicians, attorneys, and legislators from both sides of the aisle.
Are you ready to start the conversation? You may participate by leading a Listening Circle or joining a bipartisan discussion. Click to learn more.

WESLEY-RANKIN NEEDS YOUR HELP
While summer programming was thriving at Wesley-Rankin, unexpected facility problems urgently need to be funded! First, their fire suppression systems broke and they had to hire temporary staff to be in compliance with fire code. Then 6 of their 12 AC units needed repair because of the dangerous heat. Next a crack in the kitchen floor led to the discovery of 7 sewer breaks in the sewer lines under their building. They need to raise $70,000 for repairs by August 31st to help them recover financially and prepare for a busy fall of programming for children, youth, adults and seniors. CLICK TO DONATE - all contributions will help.
- Donate online or send a check to WRCC, 3100 Crossman, Dallas, TX, 75212.
- Local units who donate Designated Giving funds before August 31 may notify their District President to include their gift in their Annual Financial Report.
