MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

August 12, 2024

As summer winds down in the coming weeks, our focus shifts to a busy fall season packed with some important State Chamber events.

This Thursday, we'll be at the University and Whist Club for a Chamber Leadership Breakfast with Andrew Cottone, founder of First State Hydrogen. A piece of the Mid-Atlantic Clean Hydrogen Hub, First State Hydrogen is going to play an exciting part in the future of the state. This is surely an event you do not want to miss!

Right after Labor Day, join us in Rehoboth Beach on September 3 for an Evening Mixer at Bluecoast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar and enjoy a casual night of networking the evening before our Chamber Chase Golf Tournament (sorry folks, this one is sold out!)

On September 19, we’ll be at the Chase Center in Wilmington for the largest business-to-business networking station event in the state, the Delaware Business Expo! We co-host this event with the Better Business Bureau of Delaware. On top of nearly 100 exhibitors, this year there will also be content on business growth, financing, and reputation management. If you're interested in exhibiting, make sure to get your table this week! Early bird pricing ends next Monday, August 19. Secure your table >

October and November are shaping up to be busy as well, with our Developing Delaware conference set for October 2 in Dover, followed by the 26th Annual Superstars in Business awards luncheon on November 6.

We have a lot happening in the coming weeks and we hope to see you at these or other events in the near future! Visit our website for a full list of upcoming events >
