2025 READ Spring Mission & Ministry Trip

Dear READ Friends,

Steve Eckert, Joel Severson, Sarah & Todd Magnuson, and Guytano Magno are excited to depart on Monday, May 19, for a 17-day trip.

Once on the ground in Krakow, Poland, and having crossed the border into Ukraine, they will visit partners and friends in Lviv, Kremenets, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Kremenchuk. Always a highlight, they will be able to attend several theological graduation ceremonies, extending blessings and presenting valuable resources to each graduating student.

We truly appreciate your prayers and support as we send this mission team to the field.

Please Pray:

• For team confidence in the mission they have been sent to fulfill.
• That they are protected in all travel, particularly at border crossings.
• They stay healthy, with minimal fatigue, and restorative rest for everyone.
• For emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual strength throughout the long days and nights.
• For successful graduation celebrations and chaplain seminars.
• For meaningful connections with potential partners.
• That God be glorified in every encounter and situation.

Follow The Team

• 5/19: Depart from MSP to Amsterdam. 
• 5/20: Arrive in Krakow. 
• 5/21-22: Cross the border and travel by van to Lviv in time for dinner and an overnight stay. 
• 5/22: Spend the day in Lviv. 
• 5/23: Road trip to Kremenets and Zaporizhzhya Bible Seminary Satellite (ZBS). 
• 5/24-25: ZBS Graduation Weekend. 
• 5/26-28: Zhytomyr and Kyiv partner visits and connections.
• 5/28-6/1: Kremenchuk Evangelical Seminary (KES) Volunteer Chaplain seminars and Graduation Weekend.
• 6/2-4: Travel by van to the border for crossing, head to Krakow, and then return home to MN.
