Follow-Up on DNA Contamination Findings Re TGA statement, misleading

Introduction

Further to my 23 October email to you (resent 1 November), I write to you again in my private capacity to share significant updates on the synthetic DNA contamination found in Pfizer and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines.

I have been very heartened by the supportive responses from many of you across Australia, who recognise the urgent need to protect public health at the local level in the face of concerning revelations.

As you will recall, our Council passed a Motion supporting the call from Russell Broadbent MP for an immediate suspension of the COVID-19 vaccines, pending a thorough investigation into the confirmed DNA contamination, which presents risks of genomic integration, cancer, and other severe health impacts.

Town of Port Hedland's Letter now sent to all councils

I have learned that in the last week, the Town of Port Hedland's outgoing CEO has now sent the communications to all councils within Australia in accordance with the 11 October 2024 Special Motion. If you have not received a copy of the email formerly, I encourage you to contact your administration.

While I have still not been supplied a copy of what was sent by our CEO, I understand that this communication includes a unilateral addition not approved by the Town of Port Hedland Council Members regarding the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

The purpose of this further email from me is to give you an update and to provide further information on the TGA's statement being inaccurate and misleading.

Addressing TGA's Allegations - Russell Broadbent MP's third letter to the Prime Minister

Since writing to you last, I wish to bring to your attention a further letter from Russell Broadbent MP to the Prime Minister. This letter is dated 29 October 2024 and exposes the numerous inaccuracies and misleading statements in the TGA’s 18 October 2024 statement that seeks to downplay these contamination findings. This is Mr Broadbent MP's third letter to the Prime Minister on this significant problem.

That letter, supported by the expert article Addressing Allegations that DNA Contamination in mRNA Shots is ‘Misinformation’, was authored by investigative journalist Rebekah Barnett and a cohort of prominent scientists and researchers, provides clear evidence that the TGA’s claims lack any scientific credibility.

Key points raised in the article Addressing Allegations include the TGA's use of wholly inappropriate testing methodologies and avoidance of rigorous DNA contamination tests, as detailed in Moderna’s patents and confirmed in independent laboratories worldwide.

The TGA’s testing method (qPCR) under-measures synthetic DNA levels by as much as 100 times or more, which Moderna earlier alerted the TGA about, but which the TGA ignored, which raises serious questions about the agency’s commitment to public safety. Mr Broadbent has addressed these concerns in his 29 October letter to the Prime Minister.

The TGA’s statement also fails to address recent scientific findings regarding synthetic DNA, particularly its potential to integrate into human genomes.

Critically, the TGA has not conducted or referenced any independent genotoxicity tests specific to these mRNA vaccines. The Science Summary – Consequences of Synthetic DNA contamination, attached to Mr Broadbent’s letter of 25 September 2024, outlines grave risks associated with synthetic DNA encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, including genomic integration risks and potential cancer triggers. The absence of such studies fundamentally undermines the TGA’s reassurances of product safety. 

However, we can inform Councillors studies are now emerging evidencing genomic integration with natural human DNA.

In the Addressing Allegations article (section 12) it states:

“It is significant that the TGA denied the existence of evidence that mod-RNA vaccines in Australia are resulting in integration of residual DNA into the human DNA genome because there is early evidence of integration in tests outside of Australia.

As I reported in March of this year, McKernan has detected vaccine contaminant DNA in ovarian cancer cell lines treated with Pfizer’s Covid vaccine in an experiment conducted together with German molecular biologist Dr Ulrike Kämmerer.9"

The scientists found a chimeric combination of human ovarian cell line DNA and spike sequence DNA derived from the contaminating plasmid at at least one, and possibly two sites, which is suggestive of DNA integration.

If anything, this work has put to bed the question regarding if this contaminant DNA gets into the cell, and the chimeric human and contaminant spike DNA sequences imply it has entered the nucleus,” McKernan said at the time. 

Just this month, McKernan posted early results of further testing, which appear to similarly show integration events; however, this work is not yet written up in full, so it will not be discussed further here.”

It should be further noted by Councillors that these integration events studied by McKernan also found evidence that Pfizer’s synthetic DNA contamination appeared to be self-replicating within the cancer tumor of the patient. The patient has since deceased.

Next steps and support

As mentioned, I have received hundreds of messages of support from other councillors across Australia, many of whom are taking steps to replicate our efforts here in Port Hedland to ensure that all residents are informed and protected.

This collaborative approach, in which Councils are notifying health practitioners of Dr. Speicher’s findings and seeking transparency from both Commonwealth and State authorities will surely prompt the Federal Government into taking long overdue action. 

To assist, a new resource website, Port Hedland Motion Info, has been launched by concerned citizens to assist Australians in connecting with their local councils to voice support for the actions initiated by the Town of Port Hedland Council on 11 October.

I urge you, as community leaders, to continue pursuing answers and consider adopting motions that prioritize your duty to protect public health. Replicating the motion materials and exhibits created by Port Hedland makes the task easy.

We cannot ignore the mounting evidence that significant contamination risks may be affecting millions of Australians, as detailed in the testimony of renowned UK oncologist, Professor Angus Dalgleish.

Professor Dalgleish is not alone. Recently a UK colleague Dr James Royle who is a consultant surgeon, provided testimony before a Covid inquiry during which he stated:

“Post-vaccine boosters, I’ve observed what seem to be a lot of sudden deaths from necrotising pancreatitis,”

“Cancers being observed are in all ages. It is my assertion, shared by many expert oncologists and clinical colleagues around the world, that the cancers we are seeing are extremely aggressive and they are of a different biology,”

Dr Royle continued:

“These cancers have been termed colloquially ‘turbo cancers’.”

“Obviously this is not a scientific term but it seems to reflect the aggressive biological nature being observed by the public as well as clinicians.”

Clearly this critical issue cannot be left solely to federal authorities who have yet to provide satisfactory evidence to allay public concern.
