About STEMatch Compete

STEMatch COMPETE - A new talent pool for entry-level tech jobs to build company competitiveness

It’s hard to find great talent, and to build the sort of diversity you want in your workforce. Join us to learn about an award-winning workforce development program that enables you to access a traditionally-untapped, diverse, job-ready talent pool – and make the opportunities in tech accessible to people in lower-income communities.

Built by business people for businesses and the recent recipient of a grant from the Commonwealth to expand across the state, STEMatch COMPETE provides lower-income students at (majority/minority) community colleges with the additional skills training, mentoring, and internship experience that business executives determined these students need to succeed in entry-level software development, IT support, cybersecurity and electronics/electrical engineering jobs.
