F4K works to alleviate childhood hunger on the lower/outer Cape and beyond by bringing together the Church of the Holy Spirit and local communities to provide free meals for children and teens in the summer when schools are out

We Begin Monday, June 29! Volunteer NOW To Help Hand Out Grab-and-Go Meals Volunteers needed for all 8 towns on the Lower/Outer Cape

We will be serving more than 1,000 children and teens under 18, Monday through Friday, from June 29 through August 28. Your help is needed to hand out meals at one of our 8 locations this summer: HARWICH - Monomoy Regional High School CHATHAM - Monomoy Regional Middle School BREWSTER - Stony Brook Elementary School ORLEANS - Nauset Regional Middle School EASTHAM - Eastham Elementary School WELLFLEET - Wellfleet Elementary School TRURO - Central Elementary School PROVINCETOWN - Veterans Memorial Community Center Each central location will be overseen by a trained Site Supervisor. We are looking for 2 volunteers for each site to help the Site Supervisor hand out meals to families as they drive up.  The safety of all is our primary concern this summer. We will provide masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and cleaning suppies, and all necessary precautions will be strictly adhered to.  We are also aware that many of us on the Cape are in good health, but still fall into the "at risk" categories. Please volunteer only if you truly feel this is something you are comfortable doing this summer.

DRIVERS   We haven't forgotten you! Look for a separate email coming your way and sign up to help drive coolers. The only route needed this summer is Orleans to Brewster ... But we will need 2-3 cars every day!
