Comfort with dining out ended its four-week downward trend, ticking up one percentage point to 64%.
However, takeout is preferred over dining out, with 39% of consumers ordering takeout once a week, and only 28% of consumes are dining in frequently.
For the third week in a row, the public’s comfort attending theater performances, amusement parks and museums showed no change. The public’s comfort with attending concerts ticked down 1 percentage point this week to 37%. See more stats on consumer confidence around entertainment here.
