It has been a years long journey, but we are finally there! This weekend we bring the first of our powdered mushroom extracts to market! We will be starting with only 3 varieties, but expanding to at least 7.
These are fruiting body extracts, so they will carry the maximum nutritional/health value of the respective mushrooms, no fillers. This week we will have available to you: Lion’s Mane, shiitake, and Turkey Tail powdered extracts.

Steve and Jenn Kurian, owners of Wild for Salmon, are dedicated to delivering premium wild sockeye salmon from Bristol Bay, Alaska, to your table! With over two decades of fishing experience, Captain Steve continues to spend each sockeye season aboard their fishing vessel, the Ava Jane, while Jenn manages operations from Pennsylvania.
Their passion for sustainable fishing has become a family tradition, with their children often joining their adventures in Alaska. In addition to sockeye salmon, Wild for Salmon offers a variety of wild-caught seafood, including cod, halibut, and shellfish (which can be pre-ordered). Spring means fresh NJ asparagus, and that means one of our most popular soups is back—Roasted Garlic Asparagus Soup! Made with tender local asparagus and slow-roasted garlic, this soup is creamy, comforting, and packed with fresh seasonal flavor. It always sells out fast, so grab your asparagus soup and other seasonal Love the Soup favorites while they last!
Fun Fact: Did you know asparagus can grow up to 7 inches in a single day? That’s why fresh, local asparagus is only available for a short time—so enjoy it while it lasts!
As always, we look forward to seeing you this weekend and please call to reserve this soup or any others at 908-210-8826!
