  • Can you find something considered high fiber (>4 g fiber/serving)?
  • What about a "low sodium" or "no salt added" can of something? Now compare that to something that is full sodium/fat/sugar/etc.
  • Do your convenience items fit the bill for a healthy option? (lower fat, adequate protein, some form of fiber, no added sugars, etc)!
