Grand "Plug-in Celebration + Food Truck Festival: Luau Party

The first Food Truck Festival starts at the Energy Saving Project's Grand "Plug-in" Celebration on  Wednesday, June 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM  featuring live entertainment by  Island of Black and White  and delicious eats at Community Park.  Bring the family, bump into neighbors and experience an assortment of food with the option of visiting our beer and wine garden. Let's not leave out the live music by the beloved Island of Black and White! Start your summer off right and join us for a family fun night!

Youth & Teen Summer Camps
 
We are excited to welcome the Boys & Girls Clubhouse to EDHCSD!

You may have heard, this summer, Boys & Girls Club will run our summer camps. Camp includes fun activities, swimming, breakfast, lunch, and field trips. Boys & Girls EDHCSD Clubhouse will be open Monday through Friday, June 3rd-August 13th, from 7am to 6pm (closed on July 4th & 5th).  Learn More
Summer Concert Series Begins June 14 with Pop Fiction!
 
Summer Concert Series begins on June 14th at Community Park! We will start the line-up with 70's-Present: Dance Hits, Rock, and Hip Hop provided by the very talented Pop Fiction. New this year, the District is implementing a recycling program for all the summer concerts!  
Volunteers Needed! 
 
Volunteers will be needed for the installation of the New York Creek Interpretive Signs. They are expected to be ready for install mid-June. Details will be posted to the Volunteerhub.com as they become available.
Flick & Float
 
Fee: $5
($3 for swim pass holders) Have a relaxing evening at the Community Pool while watching a favorite movie on the big screen. The family can enjoy a cool show on a hot summer night! Noodles and life jacket flotation devices are welcome. Movie beings at sunset and ends at 10pm.

Swim Lessons!
 
Introducing our 2019 Lifeguards! We have over 60 lifeguards ready to help your little one learn how to swim. Classes are two weeks, Monday through Thursday for 30 minutes. Fee: $75 for group and $99 for private lessons.  Click here for more information!

A Day in South Lake Tahoe
 
South Lake Tahoe...should we say more? Join us Wednesday, June 12 from 8am to 5pm for a day of whatever you want. This is a trip for you to enjoy South Lake Tahoe however you prefer. Cost is $35. Don't miss out! Register here.

Join us at the EDHCSD Food Truck Festival on June 19th and enter to win! Appraised at $26K this 1987 Monte Carlo SS will be raffled off on August 21, 2019 at 7:30pm. Buy your raffle tickets at our Food Truck Festivals on the 3rd Wednesday of every month through September! 400 tickets available. Buy 5 get 1 free. Priced at $100 each . Invisible Space
If you've been curious about how to get started in Archery, the El Dorado Hills Bowmen invite you to join us to "Try Archery" on Saturday, June 8th from 8:45 to 11:30 AM. No experience or equipment necessary. Our USA Archery Certified instructors will take you through shooting and equipment basics, and teach you what it takes to get started in the great sport of Archery!  Click here to register.
