Architectural Improvement Applications
As we've headed into warmer weather and more people being home more than expected, we've had a larger number of applications submitted than normal. The Design Review Board is reviewing the applications as quickly as possible and is trying to get them approved within the allowed 10 days, but we ask for patience.

As a reminder, these applications are required for any improvements being made to the exterior of your homes, including landscape changes, patio/deck additions, sheds, fences, and painting. Should you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via the information below.

Tree & Shrub Trimming
Now that Spring is in full swing and landscaping begins to fill in and grow, it is important to remember to trim any trees and/or shrubs that may hand over or cover any sidewalks around your home. This makes it easier for your neighbors to safely use the sidewalks in the neighborhoods.
