Pallet, Box, and Tote Pickup

If you need pallets, boxes, or totes picked up and the driver is unable to do so upon delivering your order, please fill out this form and we will be in touch about a day to pickup. The form is also located under Foodbank Links on Agency Express titled Pallet/Box Pickup Form.

Agency Express Offline

June 10th - June 28th



Starting on June 10th at 8:00am, the Agency Express shopping list will be offline for Foodlink to complete our annual physical inventory and system maintenance. All orders for delivery from June 13th through July 8th will need to be placed in advance prior to 8:00 am on June 10th. The Agency Express shopping list will be back online at 8:00 am on June 28th for orders with delivery days starting on July 8th.

New Report: Food Insecurity on the Rise

On May 15th, Feeding America released new data that showed a sharp rise in food insecurity -- both nationally and within Foodlink's 10-county service area. The one-year spike, which reflected 2022 data, resulted in an additional 33,000+ people experiencing food insecurity in our region.

Foodlink hosted a news conference with three of our food pantry partner representatives, who all told stories of the increased need they are seeing so far this year. Check out Foodlink's blog for a more detailed look at the numbers.

Produce Box Order Form

Produce boxes are a great way to offer fresh fruits and vegetables to your clients. These boxes are about 13 pounds each, and offer a selection of seasonal produce. They are covered under the Nourish NY grant and provided at no cost to our members.

If you would like to receive produce boxes in July and August, please fill out this form no later than June 24th. If you are currently receiving produces boxes and would like to continue to receive them through August, please fill out the form. Every two months, we will send out a new form to complete.

Empowering Collaboration:

First Annual School Food Pantry Leadership Conference

On May 22nd, Foodlink hosted the first annual School Food Pantry Leadership Conference bringing together over 60 school food pantry leaders to foster collaboration and exchange best practices to address student hunger. Our keynote speaker, Aqua Porter (pictured bottom right), delivered a thought-provoking address that challenged us to view poverty beyond just income levels. Attendees also participated in a powerful United Way poverty simulation led by MarcAnthony Bucci and Lindsey Dailey. Lara Capuano's insightful presentation explored the importance of trauma-informed leadership in school food pantries.
