MIDWAY

Midway through the school year and midway through winter, even though it's been unseasonable warm. Midterms are coming up and last newsletter we told you to stay focused. Staying focused also means taking breaks and recharging your brain, like the surfer in the photo above. Even if you don't surf, find yourself a beach, or a mountain or a forest and don't forget to relax.
