General Counseling Quick Questions with an Honors Counselor

For quick help,  get in the queue to meet with a counselor during our Quick Question hours. To get in queue, call 650.949.7423 or use the FH Counseling Chat feature and have your CWID ready.

  • Your request for help will be placed in the order received.
  • You can request to meet with a counselor for up to 15 minutes via telephone or Zoom.
  • We start our queue no more than 5-minutes before the sessions begin.
  • We stop adding students to the queue 15-minutes before the session ends, or when the queue is full.
  • While every effort is made to provide helpful and timely support during Quick Questions, meeting with a specific counselor may not always be possible due to high demand and time constraints. When a preference is shared, the team will do their best to accommodate. We appreciate the understanding and continued commitment to making the most of available support.
