Newsletter Fall 2016

Well thats interesting, I am also writing this email while in PEI as the summer draws to a close.  I think its been the best summer since I moved to Canada and I think all the eastern provinces have had fabulous weather throughout.

Please check out below the item on 'Find a therapist'.  I am keen to get this off the ground as soon as possible so please respond with information asap.  I have left this in the newsletter from June as it was a very disappointing reply regarding contact information.  That either means you can't be bothered to email back or you are not practising Reflexology any more.  Please send me your contact information asap.

We are still taking registrations now for the Acupressure course happening at the end of October in Toronto, this will be an amazing learning experience and only one space left.  The next one will be in the fall of 2017 in St Johns, NL.

The summer has been very busy for me with three locations and eight straight teaching days, really enjoyed meeting all the new students from Atlantic Canada!   Also happy to report we have four students starting in Oshawa this fall, so we are now building up a network in that part of Ontario.

TEGH is holding a nurses week for the emergency department nurses from October 10 - 14.  Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering at any time during the week to give the nurses foot or hand reflexology.

Hopefully you acknowledged World Reflexology Week, it always falls at this time of year when I am getting the newsletter ready, so difficult timing.

Still some space left on the NSARP AGM and retreat this coming weekend, don't miss out!

Please keep sending interesting case studies in, I am sure everyone will be interested to read them.

Enjoy the changing season and hope to see you soon.

With best wishes, Janet

This was the idea of Kit Watkins and I think it will be very helpful to all you who are practising Reflexology and a way for prospective students and prospective clients to connect with you.
As soon as we have a list compiled we will be putting a separate page on the website so it is available for visitors to the site.

All I am asking is that you email us with your name, business name, contact phone number, email address, website, location where you practice, either city or neighbourhood in a city or both, the modalities you offer; foot, hand reflexology, Indian Head Massage, RLD, any other therapies, hours/days that you work, whether you are mobile etc etc.
